Ladies in the field 2017 – House of Cheviot shooting socks

house of cheviotLady Forres shooting socks from House of Cheviot – £35

More from House of Cheviot...

In 2002, James Wright and Robin Deas decided to merge their talents to create House of Cheviot, combining James’ background in textiles and his business acumen with Robin’s entrepreneurial and design skills.

We are based in Hawick, which is renowned as the home of knitwear. Being located in the Scottish Borders, where wild uplands meet picturesque valleys, provides the perfect location for all country pursuits – the ideal place to put our socks to the test! The subtle, earthy colours used in our designs are inspired by the beautiful landscape that surrounds us and compliment tweeds perfectly. Inspiration for our more vibrant designs can come from anywhere – there are no limits!

During manufacture, from the careful selection of premium yarns to the final hand-finishing, our socks are passed through many pairs of skilled hands providing attention to detail in every step of the manufacturing processing. Thus ensuring high quality and luxurios socks.

As our 15th birthday draws near, business is going from strength to strength. And in addition to our current customer base we are now attracting a younger market with our varied range of designs and increased online presence. Country sports are gaining in popularity which is great for everyone connected to the industry. The future is looking bright – here’s to another amazing and exciting 15 years!
